Is a lab-grown diamond a real diamond?

Yes — chemically, physically and optically the same as a mined diamond. Only the origin differs.

Does every stone come with a certificate?

Yes. Every diamond is graded by IGI or GIA and comes with its certificate; on custom pieces you receive it before any metal is cut.

How long does an order take?

Pieces from the collection are made to order in about three weeks. Custom work takes four to six weeks.

Is shipping free?

Within the US, yes — fully insured, with a signature on delivery, usually three to seven business days after the piece leaves the workshop. For international orders, write to us first.

Can I return a piece?

Pieces from the collection can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, with the packaging and certificate. Custom pieces cannot be returned.

What does the warranty cover?

Manufacturing and craftsmanship faults, for life: loose prongs, lost accent stones, failing clasps. Not loss, theft or accidents.

Do you resize rings?

Yes. Your first resizing is free.

Can you reset a stone I already own?

Yes, inherited stones included. We will tell you honestly if a stone is not safe to reset.

Can I see pieces in person?

Yes, by appointment in Miami. We also meet by video or phone.

How do I pay?

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken in full when you order, because the piece is made for you from that moment.
