Returns Questions

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Veraluxe does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
We strongly recommend using a reliable, trackable, and fully insured shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition in which it was received.
All original packaging, diamond certificates, and documentation must be included with the return.

If you have an account with us
Log in to your account and locate the order you wish to return.
Submit a return request through your account dashboard.
Once approved, you may proceed with shipping the item back to us.

If you do not have an account
Please contact our support team by email with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, you may proceed with return shipping.

Include all original packaging, return paperwork if available, and any diamond certificates.
Secure the jewelry inside its original jewelry box.
Place the jewelry box inside a sturdy shipping box for protection.
Ensure the package is sealed securely to prevent movement or damage during transit.
For security reasons, do not write words such as jewelry or diamonds anywhere on the package.
Customers are responsible for arranging insured, trackable shipping and retaining proof of shipment.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our quality assurance team.
If signs of wear, alteration, or damage are found, we will contact you with details and any applicable deductions before proceeding.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
Custom made or personalized jewelry, including engraved pieces or items altered in size or design at your request.
Special order items sourced or created specifically for your order and not part of our regular inventory.

While return shipping and packaging are the customer’s responsibility, our team is always available to assist you and ensure a smooth, transparent return process.
