Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and whether the item is custom or personalized.

Veraluxe offers complimentary standard shipping within the United States on all jewelry orders, unless otherwise noted.

At this time, international shipping options may vary by region. If international shipping is available, applicable costs, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery timelines will depend on the destination country and customs clearance.

All Veraluxe packages require a signature upon delivery to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and securely.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for pickup or re-delivery.
Your Veraluxe order is fully insured while in transit. Once the package has been delivered and signed for, responsibility transfers to you. Please inspect your delivery immediately and report any issues without delay.
