To honor that commitment, we proudly offer a Free Lifetime Warranty on all Veraluxe jewelry.
This warranty is our promise to stand behind your investment and support your jewelry for years to come.

We believe fine jewelry should be as dependable as it is beautiful. Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship-related issues that occur under normal wear.
Covered services include:
Tightening or re-tipping of prongs that loosen over time due to regular use
Repair or replacement of small accent stones (melee diamonds) lost because of craftsmanship defects
Repairs to clasps, links, or chains that fail under normal wear
Corrections of structural or design flaws related to original manufacturing
If your jewelry experiences any of these issues, our expert jewelers will repair or replace the item at no cost.

While our warranty is comprehensive, certain conditions are not included. The warranty does not cover:
Loss or theft of jewelry, in whole or in part
Damage caused by accidents, impact, misuse, or neglect
Repairs or alterations performed by unauthorized third-party jewelers
Normal wear such as scratches, dents, or surface fading over time
Resizing beyond what the original setting can safely accommodate
Damage caused by chemicals, harsh environments, or improper care
To keep your warranty valid, we recommend that all maintenance and repairs be handled exclusively by Veraluxe or an authorized service partner.

In addition to warranty coverage, Veraluxe offers complimentary professional cleaning and inspection services to help preserve the brilliance and integrity of your jewelry.
These services include:
Prong and setting inspections
Professional steam cleaning
Polishing and general upkeep
Cleaning and inspection services are complimentary. Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us, and Veraluxe will return it with free insured shipping once service is complete.

Email support@veraluxe.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the concern.

Evaluation & Approval
Our customer care team will review your request and confirm coverage or recommend the appropriate service.

Secure Shipping
If approved, we will provide a prepaid, fully insured shipping label for safe delivery to our service center.

Expert Care
Our in-house jewelers will inspect and complete the repair or maintenance. Most services are completed within 7–14 business days, depending on complexity.

You’ll be notified as soon as your piece is ready to return.

While our lifetime warranty covers craftsmanship and manufacturing issues, it does not include loss, theft, or accidental damage. For full protection, we recommend insuring your jewelry through your homeowners or renters insurance provider or a specialized jewelry insurer.
