Veraluxe offers free standard shipping within the United States, unless otherwise stated. We use reputable carriers to ensure secure, timely delivery. Shipping timelines may vary based on product availability, customization, and location.

All orders are insured during transit and require a signature upon delivery. Once delivered, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Please inspect your order and notify us immediately if items appear missing or damaged.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Veraluxe offers a flexible return and exchange policy (details on our Returns & Exchanges page). Eligible items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and certificates.

Custom, engraved, or made-to-order items may not be returnable unless defective or damaged. Veraluxe reserves the right to inspect returns and may deny refunds or exchanges if criteria are not met.

The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, normal wear, unauthorized repairs, or loss/theft. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for non-warranty repairs.
